As the sole onsite IT administrator, was responsible for establishing a newly opened call center in the Richmond area. Duties included deploying and supporting computers, telephones, and printers for 200 customer service representatives and support staff.
Coordinated between other national and international company sites, local technology vendors, and specialized offsite IT support.

Systems Administrator
Using custom code, ensured smooth operation of ~700 university-owned Macs throughout Penn State’s University Park and Harrisburg campuses. Maintained legacy monolithic deployment system using Radmind, while implementing a new modular system using Tivoli Endpoint Manager (BigFix).
Assisted staff, faculty, and students with software installation requests and troubleshooting.
Created and maintained thorough documentation in both a private wiki and a public-facing website.
